The main idea of the exhibition is to present this device: a bicycle.

 

Its primary goal was a transportation vehicle by human propulsion and nowadays became a privileged witness of the multiple landscape changes and social relationships in a city. In other words the citizens special point of view over their environment.

 

To show on a series of photos the bicycle role in the cities is a way to display the social and technical adaptations that we are living today. Overcome space and temporal barriers, confronting the idea of time as an expression of modernity against a different look to the ambiance.

 

The presentation expose more than thirty photographies that were taken

in distinct towns and circumnstances. Here is the result of a long journey

that started in 2007.

 

It was a new discover of the artifact “bicycle” as an active participant on social transformations in the metropolis, boundless.
